Abstract

This work approach the intervening factors in the words formation, specifically, the gentilities at Villa Clara's province and stand out the importance in the study and knowledge of their localities. It also includes information about the origin of the geographic name of a given region. All this information helps to create a connection among the name of these localities and their topography, nature, climate, history and inhabitants.
