LA SUPERACIÓN A DISTANCIA EN POLÍTICA DE CUADROS

Abstract

The present article answers to the investigation project of the Department of Direction Scientific and it’s at developing a course of long-distance as an alternative to contribute to a bigger motivation, interest, quest and auto-preparation, about knowledge on the guidelines of Work's System with Leaders like normative subsystem of the Directing System, elements these of the ones that a practicing spectacle must adapt itself or afoot to achieve a good performance in their directing steps.
