From the changes that led to the Master of Science in Education in expanded access in the guardian's work, we evaluated the transformation of the professional development of tutors in the academic process through the methodology of participatory action research transited three research cycles, this paper gives the results obtained, particularly in the microuniverses Martin Torres Ruiz.
