Abstract

From the changes that led to the Master of Science in Education in expanded access in the guardian's work, we evaluated the transformation of the professional development of tutors in the academic process through the methodology of participatory action research transited three research cycles, this paper gives the results obtained, particularly in the microuniverses Martin Torres Ruiz. The research presented is part of the branch associated with the program as the focal point of scientific laboratory polytechnic education, that developed in the UCP Felix Varela de Villa Clara.
