THE PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL DIRECTORS FOR THE EXTENSIONISTA ACTIVITY

Abstract

Because the professional training of managers of microuniversities has a role in the achievement of an organization to comply with the new incumbent functions as an institution of higher education, provides an alternative methodological work to help professional training of these to the development of extension activities in the micro universities, through methodology workshops as a way for skills development. In this direction have taken steps that have contributed to it, especially on matters related to the academic component, labor and research, however, those related to the role of University Extension as an important factor in achieving a general culture of the student teacher, their progress has been poor.
