Strategy for the social-educational orientation from the teaching process in the penitentiary centers

This article deals with educational guidance, from the teaching process in penitentiaries, which is aimed at mobilizing personal resources and favouring the integral formation of interns. In order to achieve this goal, some adjustments need to be done based on the characteristics of the students. It constitutes a challenge for teachers due to the great heterogeneity of behaviours of the inmates who are in the classrooms, with criminal and antisocial incidences. Therefore, the objective of this work is the elaboration of a strategy for socio-educational orientation, as a tool for the preparation and establishment of the teacher's orientation work with the inmates in the achievement of new modes of conduct for social coexistence, based on reflection and self-reflection, which allows them to establish their own life project, adjusted to the social reality.
