The role of teachers in the social relations of secondary level students

This article intends to analyze from a theoretical-reflexive perspective the forms of social relations of students at the secondary level and the role of teachers in attending to this sphere of personality development of students; This theme is of significant relevance, since it is essential to recognize challenges and opportunities for intervention, as well as to promote educational environments in an environment of healthy coexistence and respect that favour the optimal development of school dynamics. Likewise, the work reflects on the role of discipline and autonomy of students as essential bases to achieve an education for peace, where there is a healthy coexistence inside and outside the school environment and not only cognitive aspects are privileged, but also the enrichment of culture, spirit, values and everything that contributes to the humanization of people. Similarly, the article shows an overview of a contextualized study about the forms of social relationships observed in students of an educational institution in the state of Querétaro, Mexico.
