Abstract

The advance of financial science presents significant challenges for higher education. As financial technology and practices evolve, educational institutions must adapt their programs to ensure that students acquire relevant and updated skills. This includes the development of curricula that integrates emerging technologies, financial data analysis and understanding of global markets. In accordance, this article examines the pressing need for adaptation and change in the teaching of finance, analyzing the specific challenges facing higher education in this area, as well as the proposal of innovative strategies to improve the quality and relevance of education in education in finance. By identifying specific obstacles and proposing concrete solutions, the document offers an integrative vision of curricular innovation in financial sciences.
