Abstract

Scientific and technological management in the curriculum of sociocultural managers in training is fundamental for the performance of these professionals. The purpose of the research in expressed in the development of a methodology to form competence in scientific and technological management and its current state in students. In the study, various methods and techniques are used to collect valuable information such as observation, interview, discussion groups, document review to diagnose how competence in scientific and technological management behaves in the training of the sociocultural manager, the results and transformations are corroborated.
