THE PROBLEMS RESOLUTION IN THE CONTEXT OF COMPUTING LEARNING

The general guidelines of the teaching-learning process of Information Technology are aimed at developing skills in students to solve problems in the school and social context, through computer resources and resources. The development of computer skills to solve problems is essential in the training process of the professional of the Computer Education specialty, to achieve compliance with the objectives proposed in the professional model of this career. From the analysis of research conducted on the skills in the teaching of information technology, the characteristics of the process of its training and development, there are deficiencies in the teaching-learning process in response to the current demands demanded by a new culture of learning, which constitutes a problem to solve. A proposal is made for the methodological structuring of the ability to solve problems through computer resources and resources in computer learning. The methodology used included the survey and the documentary analysis, and instruments to evaluate and validate the proposal
