Abstract

The present study is carried out with the objective of analyzing the problem of adult learning. For this, the experience of a group of farmers who experienced the Kolb learning cycle under the direction of a group of teachers who through their work try to generate sustainable agricultural production in the area was taken. Participating subjects belong to a rural area of Alto Huallaga (Peru). Methodologically, a systematic analysis of the learning cycle proposal was carried out and then it was complemented with the semi-structured interview in order to deepen the documentary findings. The results detail the particularization of each of the stages of learning and assume issues that make the subject addressed complex.
