Abstract

Due to the presentation of the Educational Model for Basic Education in Mexico, the pedagogical and curricular approaches are redefined, so there is a  need for a new educational framework in the teaching-learning processes, in the conception of teacher development and educational practices in schools. The approach of the pedagogical model for the educational transformation of the country is valued, from its aims towards what is intended to achieve in the students. This analysis leads to the panorama of change in the teaching function, which must not only attend to the educational task within the school, but to seek its development from the complexity of the social requirement. That is why, reference is made to the implementation of a dynamic of change from schools, where "The School to the Center" of the education system is located, for permanent improvement, the expansion of participation, the assurance of diversity and the recognition of the authorities as relevant actors.
