EDUCATIVE ACTIONS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL ELECTION IN ADOLESCENTS FROM THE CUBAN MODEL

This paper has as a purpose to design educational actions in order to potentiate the pedagogical careers as a professional choice in adolescents. The research covered a period from September 2017 to February 2018. The qualitative cross-sectional description was used for the study. The sample is 41 eleventh-grade students; they were registered through an intentional sample interested in pedagogical profiles, from a universe of 60 students. Empirical methods such as family tests, educational and didactic techniques were used. The results show that there is a lack of motivation towards the pedagogical careers by the students and that’s why there is a need to develop a systematic, continuous and dynamic educational orientation.
