Abstract

The objective of this article is to propose an experience of the pedagogical practice in the formation of the modes of professional performance in the specialists in pedagogy psychology that allow them to overcome the current challenges in the performance of their functions. In this research, the dialectical-materialist methodology is declared as a general methodology applying the qualitative-quantitative research approach and the use of methods in correspondence with it, which included a process of collective reflection from the pedagogical practice, the analysis and taking of position of the theoretical foundations, as well as the completion of a comprehensive pedagogical diagnostic process. This study shows some of the difficulties that still exist in relation to the training of the professional in the psychology pedagogy specialty; related to the teacher training phases. This experience is based on the participation of a group of student researchers in the pedagogy psychology career doing their practicum in   Primary Education.
