This work constitutes an investigative action in response to the concern that arose during the creation of the nucleus of human development and diversity research of the Experimental Liberator Pedagogical University. Among the findings was the need to broaden the scope of initial training based on human development and the philosophy of human diversity. The methodical process used was Derrida's deconstructive-hermeneutic (Krieger, 2004). A theoretical corpus is proposed taking the human condition as a principle, an education for human diversity based on a humanistic philosophy of ecological perspective; an ontology where reality is socially constructed from the dialogical and intersubjective interaction. The heuristic axis concludes that the teacher's initial training has to be with authentic personal and professional change in terms of valorization for what is done, the ethical commitment that the future holds, social sensitivity to transform realities, transcending the field of educational action, the recognition of the virtues of the other to combine them with personal ones, the indispensable of teamwork and collaborative to generate changes and above all the love for what is done, being the comprehensive basis of a truly meaningful action.
