The present work expose´s the new challenges to Secundaria Básica's Model of the Professional of Generals and Integrals teachers studies, at the field of Pedagogical Sciences, it offers an evaluation about how the teachers's initial formation is conceived and some considerations are for proposed its perfecting, it exposes besides, the processes that take place at basic high schools (pedagogic delivery, school organization, design of the activities that realize at the school, political ideological preparation, among others) and the relational level and concretion that must exist between to make its guiding character perfect in triggering of the school.
