Abstract

Raising  the  quality  of  educational  work  to  supposes  a  direction  that  organizational  learning has from a steps for the invention like an important part in the Technology of the  Direction Educational. This work has as objective to go aboard the importance of the invention and the technology of the direction, the elements that conform the steps for the invention and how this process is developed at the educational institution.
