The Departments of Human Resources and Leadership in their functions they answer for the expert advice of the different lines of work related with human resources , when accomplishing an analysis about the theoretic and practice elements that have held to this date the process of evaluation, contribute a conception that is not limited only to check results of the evaluation, but to consider like a factor of education that constitutes the base for the overtaking about capacitation, the preparation and the promotion of the personnel evaluated, as from individual and group characteristics. The present article has as objective to debate on this new conception presented, in the one that functions, beginnings, dimensions and indicators conceive themselves, as well as questions that they place on to the reviewer a reflexive position to assume such process.
