Abstract

It is basic to instruct the professionals that the society needs to improve the quality in all the areas of the educational activity. The following work concentrates on how, starting from process of application of a capacitation program, it achieves the theoretic – methodologist preparation of the promoters without bachelor's degree of program «Educates your son» for the stimulation of basic necessary functions for the teaching of the elderly children and preschool with especial educational needs.
