In the present article a few features about the regularities of the development of the emotional education of boys and girls in the early youth whom needs of special education are presented. Also it proposes actions, procedures and recommendations to the fulfillment of the above mentioned purpose, which could be integrated into the educative activities of those professionals in charge of the Special Education. The actions, procedures and recommendations is effective for the transformation into a positive view indicators such as the development of self-confidence, independence, understanding and emotional expression.
