Abstract

This research is part of the institutional proyect: The integration of overcoming the methodological work and research in the training of TVE teachers Villa Clara, developed at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Pedagogical Sciences Félix Varela. From the shortcomings that limit the effectiveness of the educational work of the tutors and the causes that provoke them, we applied a set of actions for overcoming them to achieve better performance of their duties.
