Abstract

To achieve efficiency in the operation of the micro-universe, it is necessary to systematically improve the preparation of comprehensive methodologists Primary Education, by the responsibility they assume in the work area. For this reason we propose a system of workshops that allow the preparation of these officials to influence the advice, guidance and control in micro-universities, on issues related to the research component.
