Due to the importance it attaches to the development of general intellectual skills of observation and comparison in the primary school, it became necessary to the determination of evaluation indicators to diagnose the real and the end thereof, the first time in the development of school children. From the literature study conducted analyzed the concepts of observation and comparison skills, there was a reconceptualization of each dimension were determined and used to direct the evaluation indicators of the development of these skills in students of first and second grade.
