Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate through an index, the satisfaction of the students of the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC) with the comprehensive training services offered by the institution. Methodologies of Multivariate Analysis of Principal Components and Analysis of Variance were used in the study for a sample of 345 students. The results obtained indicate an average level of overall satisfaction of 53.8%. Likewise, it was possible to corroborate that the students who are located in lower stages show, on average, a lower degree of satisfaction than those who are in higher stages of their academic formation.
