DIDACTIC SYSTEM OF TEACHERS PREPARATION FOR THE DIRECTION OF THE CITIZEN EDUCATION PROCESS

This article refers to a research result aimed at the professional development of teachers. Therefore the aim of this research is the design of an educational system of methodological-theoretical preparation of teachers to address the process of citizenship education from the Civic Education in the Secondary School. The principles are exposed, as well as the dimensions, characteristics, structure: subsystems and personal and custom components, the results achieved in its implementation and introduction in the pedagogical practice. In the same way, the spatiotemporal potentialities of the school are taking into consideration, in which the permanent training of teachers is enhanced by collaborative learning.
