Abstract

Institutions around the world have been dealing with the students’ growing apathy and demotivation which can lead to a lack of skills and in the worst case, school retention. Neurodidactics comes up as a recent discipline and an innovative step to improve the quality of education and defeat apprentices’ disinterest by the optimization of teaching-learning processes, on the basis of neuroscience. Neuroscience provides important knowledge about brain functioning to enhance teaching. Therefore, it is essential that professors know more about this discipline so that they can innovate in their educational practice, foster motivation and contribute to the development of students’ skills. Throughout this article, the main features and contributions of Neurodidactics will be mentioned in order to achieve a transformation in Education and generate a positive impact on learners.
