Family orientation towards sexual relationship in the early childhood

Abstract

Sexual education is a problematic theme that it is updated nowadays. It is within the prioritized aims of the Cuban educational system; for this reasons the cross curricular program and health education in the national education system offers aims to fulfill with children at this age. However, to fulfill with this task, it is necessary to have the family cooperation and the teachers as well. It is important the parents role in the integral formation of their sons and this constitutes an important element ´in the formation of individual personality, so family role is very important. This article is aimed at offering some considerations about sexual education and the most common sexual manifestations in the early childhood and to offer some educative guidelines for families to be able to pay attention to their children sex education.
