Abstract

The objective of this article is to apply a program of preparation of transformational leadership  to the professional of education leaders, specially in higher educational level. The program has been structured in four key areas and is based on professional experience and social relevance. It has been designed in an instructive and enjoyable way, which contributes to an efficient performance in decision-making. It deals with   the new challenges that faces   new generations, it  also  develop creativity, active participation and constructive processes. This study  also presents the qualitative results obtained in its implementation in the practicum.
