CONCEPTION OF LABOR PRACTICE IN THE INICIAL FORMATION OF BIOLOGY TEACHERS

The development of the professional skills necessary to direct the process that takes place in the educational institutions is one of the main objectives of the pedagogical careers. In the following article we present the conception of the practicum in the specialty of Biology. It is as one of the ways that allows the formation of professional skills to direct the educational process. The general actions and objectives are presented, as well as the specific actions and tasks that the students have to carry out during the practicum. Finally, the results obtained since its implementation in the course 2016 are shown. This experience was generalized at a national level in a meeting of the National Commission of Career and responds to a task of the research project: The improvement of the Teaching of Sciences Natural for the initial training of the new careers of Plan E (Biology, Geography and Chemistry).
