TEACHING STRATEGY TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH THE CONSOLIDATION OF MATH CLASS

The article goes into the importance that the Environmental Education has for the man of XXI´s, who has to live in the present century and in the value of Mathematics for the society. It is also demonstrated how contributions can be made from this subject to the study of the Environmental Education. In order to achieve this goal a didactic strategy is proposed to help the teachers to integrate the Environmental Education to their lesson.
