TEACHER TRAINING FOR EDUCATIONAL GUIDANCE IN THE TEACHING OF NATURAL SCIENCES IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

This article compiles the experiences obtained in the training offered to the teachers in initial education. In which the development of modes of professional performance is promoted. The information collected revealed some insufficiencies in the preparation of teachers specifically with the task orientation in the teaching learning process of natural sciences in primary school. In order to be able to face this challenges it is applied an innovative perspective, taking into account the children needs. Research methods at the theoretical and empirical level were used as a way to collect the evidence of the principle of double training.
