THE ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING OF THE TEACHERS IN THE CURRENT EDUCATIONAL REALITY

This article is about how to socialize the results of a research aimed to show the improvement of the environmental education of Natural Sciences teachers, in the precollege student level, taking into account the methodological work. The results respond to the qualitative methodological approach, in which the action investigation research is used. It is based in a process that is developed in cycles that recognize achievements, deficiencies and contributions that allow the solution of the given problem. The essence of the results of the research is a model that refers to the understanding and treatment of environmental problems, with an ecosystemic, interdisciplinary and contextualized in the environment of the educational institution through organizational forms of methodological work taking into account the characteristics of the educational models of the 21st century. The changes that occur in the permanent environmental education of this professional worker shows the scientific value of the model that reveals how to take advantage of the potential methodological work for this purpose in terms of transforming the current educational reality.
