Abstract

The need to achieve in our educational institutions leaders that change can assume that our educational models demand in these moments of grand transformations. It is proposed assuming in this process the joint leadership, attribute that is exercised by the one that directs the educational institution to achieve that all members can be participants and responsible of the development of the same.
