Abstract

The educational quality that an educational institution offers is held, above all, in the competitions than through its functioning exhibit the leaders and teachers that represent her. The institutional resulting effectiveness is translated in the new value that is generated with the process of preparation and overcoming, for the sake of obeying the expectations of society. In this article, the author proposes a theoretic methodological conception that can work integrated to the system of work and it can be utilized to direct (planning, organizing, executing and controlling) the process of preparation of the educational leaders and for the sake of achieving a bigger efficiency and efficacy in the educational direction.
