Abstract

The Master of Science in Education Secondary School has mentioned the needs of scientific overcoming all educational professionals who wished to enroll in it and a lot of teachers in the territory simultaneously with particularity that are served at school, without leaving their classrooms have embodied their aspirations for scientific answer tothe problems of educational practice. That is why today the results they achieve the grandee are discussed in the educational group and allow the scientific management of its entire management structure, ensuring continuous development of scientific potential of the center, from the socialization of the results causes the process itself, and the best experiences applied in other contexts of action, with similar characteristics, so further development of the professional performance and develops a better quality educational process.
