LA SUPERACIÓN PROFESIONAL DEL TUTOR PARA LA ACTIVIDAD CIENTÍFICA DE LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR

Abstract

The current transformations in the professional development of tutors, for the scientific activity in the Technical and Vocational Education (TVE), by considering the new social demands, economic and technological. The aim of this paper is to propose solutions to transform the professional development of tutors from the TVE and integrate in a coherent and substantive systemic processes of higher education. The result is offered as part of the research project The center of reference and educational scientific laboratory of the Polytechnic, developed in the Pedagogic University Félix Varela, Villa Clara.
