Abstract

This research is aimed at proposing music workshops to help in the formation of a culture of peace in the students at Antonio Aucar Jimenez Secondary school. The theoretical methods that were sed were: analytical – synthetically, inductive – deductive, and historic – logical, which permitted and adefnate interpretation of the obtained data; from the empirical level the following methods were sed: observation, interview, and survey, the oner allowed the researchers do the initial diagnose. From the mathematical level, the persentical analysi was sed: The music workshops were teken into account because of the possibilities of the lyrics and other resources to contribute to anrich the spirituality of the students. The workshops were also considered to offer a leisure time options and to stimulate the communication of the students with current problems. The research wes evaluated for specialists who considered important and with great quality.
