A CONTRIBUTION TO THE CITIZEN CULTURE: LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE TEACHERS FORMATION

Abstract

In the curriculum of the initial teachers formation of the pedagogical career of Marxism-History the necessity stands out between the main targets to obtain a citizen and professional culture,   that implies the effective profit of a legal education based on the rules of the current legislation, In order to obtain the previously mentioned objective, the optative/elective subject "Foundation of the citizen education" was developed. Significant results were reached, which are exposed in the present paper as a necessary and initial premise in the integral formation intended for the future professionals of education.
