The training of “Storytellers”, referring to the development of the skills and techniques of this art for the teaching-learning processes, allowed us to resize the meaning of the story and go from being a basic and simple resource to playing a leading role through knowledge of stages for its creation, writing and implementation, with the purpose of applying the magic and illusion of its plot in the construction of new knowledge and the use of orality as the main tool. The deductive research methodology delved into the participants' appreciations and experiences, both in the theoretical approach and in the practice of the content. The results showed that the learned actions represent real challenges for teachers when creating, writing and telling. It is concluded that didactically, storytelling strategies motivate to generate changes within early childhood education, and it is necessary to encourage this form of narrative practices from and to school.
