Education in Cuba requires significant changes at all levels of education. Achieving certain environments of love, understanding and solidarity among students is one of the most immediate purposes. An initial study carried out allowed to detect limitations in terms of socio-affective relationships, acceptability and inclusion in students with physical-motor disabilities that lead to achieving adequate interpersonal relationships in schoolchildren in the different educational contexts. To recognize these shortcomings, the analysis of the documents, the observation and the questionnaire were applied as methods and techniques, the percentage analysis, tables and graphs were also used for the analysis of the data collected from the application of the empirical methods and techniques and the multiple case study. This article highlights the correlation between the variables; physical-motor disability and formation of social-emotional skills.
