This article addresses knowledge transfer as a crucial necessity in industrial training, which is often hindered by the facilitator's lack of pedagogical skills. Facilitators may unconsciously perform actions that fall within the framework of pedagogy, which, if they were aware of them, would yield better results. Therefore, the objective was to identify the pedagogical components involved in this process to strengthen the role of training staff. Through a qualitative documentary analysis, 50 key papers from 2023 onwards on knowledge transfer, transfer of training, pedagogy, and organizational knowledge were reviewed, establishing a semantic network in Atlas.ti software. The results show that pedagogy (particularly constructivist pedagogy) is essential for knowledge transfer. Its application guarantees the strengthening of organizational knowledge, maintains employee motivation, and encourages critical reflection on their routine activities, thus improving the processes in which they are involved.
