It is essential for the future performance from the graduate ones from the pedagogical schools to reach his pedagogical professional identity from the knowledge of the history of the formation of teachers in Cuba, and of the province where they live. The experience of the author, when interacting with students of the Pedagogical School "Abel Santamaría", of the municipality of Bauta, has allowed him to state the ignorance of the history of the formation of teachers in the province of Artemisa in the different stages, as well as the one of the happened facts and the outstanding educators. The objective of this investigation goes directed to the creation of the Museum of History of the Formation of Teachers in the province and the design activities that reaffirm the professional direction. For their development theoretical methods were used, empirical and the mathematician-statistical one. With the application of the proposal knowledge of the history of pedagogy was demonstrated to greater motivation towards the pedagogical races and local. The importance of the work is in the use of those sources, and in individual of the museum, the work of formation and professional direction of the masterful futures.
