This work showes the importance of the harmonious interaction among the rational, the emotional and the volitive aspects for the development of the personality of students, specially in boys and girls in groups of risk and within this problem, in particular, the paper of self-esteem and perseverance. It also offer some methodologcs suggestions, orchestrated as parts of the different activities of the educational process for the teachers of primary and special education, contribute to the education of the self-esteem and perseverance in the students.
