Abstract

The necessity to contribute to the preparation of the professionals teaching, constitutes an indispensable element whenever it is tried to approach with seriousness any qualitative transformation of the education, this it is exactly the reflection center and analysis of the present article whose content makes emphasis in the fundamentals necessities that persist still in the process of overcoming of the educators, promoters and teachers of the preschool grade for the prevention and integral attention to children with special educational necessities, and offers the conception of a system of overcoming to give solution to this problem.
