THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVITY IN PRIMARY EDUCATION FROM OF PRESENT COLUMBIAN PEDAGOGIC MODEL

The present article argues that creativity is a social assignment to the educative systems by its value in the education of the citizen of the XXI century. This study analyses the characteristics of creativity at an international level and in the particular case of Columbia. To investigate about it, in Santiago de Cali municipality, authors propose as objective, to inquire about development the creativity as a social value in Social Sciences subject, in Basic Primary Education. In order to confirm the knowledge about this thematic, 58 teachers who work in Official Educative Institutions, were asked to answer a questionnaire about propitiate creativity development in theirs classroom. The outcomes show a gap in the creativity conception of Columbian pedagogic model (national curriculum design) and it practical concretion in Official Educative Institutions. It is a challenge to the Educative Institutions to corresponding to the Columbian model in creativity development.
