Abstract

To this day, the humanistic education of the art teacher is a social requirement, which prepares him affectively and cognitively to insert himself into the complexity of the context. The hybridization of tendencies, which diversify the learning processes, offers a wide spectrum for such training. This work aims to show the hybridization of project-based learning, eduScrum and traditional teaching, to achieve a humanistic training of the art teacher through two parallel teaching-learning processes: a main one and a complementary one that are integrated into a single complex process in the Artistic Training III subject. Humanist training is conceived in two directions: humanism that inspires creation from appreciation, in the main process, and humanism that encourages appreciation from creation, in the complementary process. The methods of bibliographic review, structural systemic and modelling were used for the conception of the parallel processes. A model experiment, consisting of the concrete design of both processes, demonstrated the viability of hybridization for the humanistic education of the art teacher.
