Workshops for the professional preparation in environmewntal education for sustainable development on teachers from Veterinarian Zootechny specialty

Abstract

To achieve this goal the present paper proposes a system of workshops for the preparation in Environmental Education for Sustainable Development of teachers from the Veterinarian Zootechny specialty in Villa Clara province. The Environmental Education for Sustainable Development becomes a necessity in the farming specialties, for the effects this sphere has in the degradation of the Cuban ecosystems, it is essential to prepare teachers under the agro ecologic and sustainable conception, able to fulfill with alternative methods to increase the quality in the formation of technicians and workers in the Veterinarian Zootechny specialty. The workshops have as a distinctive characteristic the interdisciplinary approach, the collaborative character and the scientific-methodological work, individual as well as collective, taking as the starting point the content of the integral subjects of the specialty.
