Factors involved in educational management

Abstract

The field of education includes many disciplines, approaches, theories, as well as producing intellectual, social and even emotional changes; It also meets the side of Educational Management, a topic that will be addressed in the study. The purpose is to identify the limiting factors and indicators that cause educational mismanagement. This research was focused on the positivist, quantitative, basic type model. Regarding the design, the non-experimental cross-sectional section was used, taking account the descriptive-explanatory level. The sample consisted of 100 teachers, the technique was the survery and the instrument the questionnaire; this questionnaire obtained a reliability of o.885 obtained using Cronbach Alpha. Regarding the results, these were obtained through logistic regression, which allowed us to education is the community factor and not the administrative factor, as had been proposed in the research hypothesis.
