Interprofessional approach to evaluation in the training of early childhood education professionals

The present work has the objective to reflect on the evaluation with an interprofessional approach and its particularities in the different contexts of professional performance of students of the Early Childhood Education careers; this type of evaluation is based on the integration of the different components of the process. The change from the traditional training approach to that of a professional with a broad profile, implies that the evaluation responds to the demands of collaborative work, in teams, in which professionals from different fields of specialization participate for decision-making, in the potentialities that collaborative and innovative practices have, problem-based learning, professional problem solving, simulations, project work and the case study method, as an expression of the direction of the training process with an innovative nature.
