Methodological proposal for the teaching of Spanish to primary teachers in the municipality of chimalhuacán, Mexico

The article presents a methodological proposal for the preparation of the teachers and directors of primary level in Chimalhuacán municipality, Mexico, in the Spanish subject, directed to the teaching-learning process of the mother tongue (reading, understanding and writing). The work started from the problems diagnosed by means of the application of methods and techniques such as: observation, interviews and the documental analysis. The implementation of the proposal in the ten schools taken as sample, verified advances in the preparation of the teachers as well as the quality of the educative process and therefore the improvement of learning in the students.
