The teacher of arts in the socio-cultural development of the school, family and community

The training of Arts educators as professionals that set culture in the community, the family and other social institutions from the school, has systematically led to their preparation as social communicators. The informative, affective and regulatory functions of communication are dealt with from all the processes of the university in its holistic sense and for the personal aesthetic satisfaction of the individual. The degree courses in Art Education and Art Instructor, implemented a system of appreciative and creative activities using the methodology of participatory action-research, to strengthen the development of language skills, from the different contexts of action. The goal set for this endeavor, is expressed in: Projecting actions for strengthening communication skills in the arts educator, enhancing their work at school, with the family and the community. The proposed alternative implemented solutions where identity, image and communication were linked correctly, as one of the possible ways for the transformation of the human being, according to the needs of contemporaneity. Better trained mediators to operate in socio-cultural projects were formed, with the indispensable link between the school, the family and the community.
